Accountabilities:

The Presales Solutions Architect will be responsible for shaping customer solutions, providing technical leadership,



and supporting successful sales engagements through consultative architecture and innovation. Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with sales teams during customer meetings to understand business challenges and develop technology-driven solutions.
- Consult with customers and prospects to identify needs, define requirements, and align solutions with desired business outcomes.
- Design scalable observability and monitoring architectures independently and collaboratively with technical teams.
- Demonstrate platform capabilities through live product demonstrations, prototypes, workshops, and enablement sessions.
- Provide expertise in observability, application performance monitoring, log analytics, telemetry pipelines, streaming data architectures, and related technologies.
- Translate customer requirements into technical deliverables, solution designs, documentation, pricing proposals, and statements
