Accountabilities

The UX Researcher will support product experience initiatives by analyzing user interactions,



identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with teams to create better user journeys. The role requires strong attention to detail, user empathy, and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
- Evaluate product functionality and user processes from the customer’s perspective.
- Provide user experience reports and feedback to help product teams improve platform usability.
