Role Summary:

Xylem’s Information Technology Project Management Organization (PMO) is seeking a motivated and experienced project manager to lead and deliver IT infrastructure components of facility Adds, Moves, Closures (AMC) and Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestiture (M&A;/D) initiatives across Xylem’s Eastern Hemisphere operations. This role ensures infrastructure scope is executed in alignment with Xylem’s IT PMO Project Management Methodology (PMM), IT Service Management (ITSM) change practices, and security standards.





This IT Project Manager partners closely with the IT Real Estate Program Manager, IT Infrastructure Workplace Services, Cybersecurity, M&A;/D leadership, and regional business stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute infrastructure workstreams that enable timely site readiness, business continuity, and secure integration or separation. The IT Project Manager ensures projects are delivered successfully on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Travel requirements may vary depending on the project; however, it is anticipated that this position may travel approximately 20% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead IT infrastructure project delivery for AMC and M&A;/D initiatives, including recent site builds, relocations, closures, integrations, and divestitures.
- Lead M&A;/D integration plans; establish Day‑1/30/100 milestones, cutover criteria, rollback, and communications, aligned to Xylem’s IT M&A;/D runboo
