To provide effective, dynamic, and inspirational HR support to SEL and its schools so that they build effective systems and processes. This position ensures HR excellence in our schools by planning, designing, and implementing effective systems and policies. Provide seamless HR support to all the employees at Shri Educare and its owned schools. Support the current HR team and unit heads in driving various HR initiatives & deployment of best practices & projects across all units (including overseas) as per the annual plans.

Purpose of the role:
To support in:
- Seamless function support to HR team/employees at SEL and its schools.
- Effective design and implementation of standard policies and procedures across SEL and its owned schools.
- Drive various HR initiatives & deployment of best practices & projects across all units (including overseas) as per the annual plans.





The role focuses on: -
Annual HR Plans & Manpower Budgeting:
- To support reporting manager in preparing and reviewing Annual Plans and budgets, if/as needed.

HR Policies Deployment:
- Support in implementing policies in consultation with reporting manager for SEL and its consulting schools.
- Introducing current policies for SEL-owned units.
- Support in updating of SEL policies in order to match the organizational & people's needs.

Statutory Compliance (POSH):
- Assist the HR team (if needed) in ensuring POSH compliance at SEL & partner schools.
- Support in PF, ESCI and similar compliance management, as needed.

Recruitment:
- Support in coordinating for & managing interview & selection process.
- Ensuring completion of all the recruitment steps.
- Ensuring timely joining of the prospects along with the completion of the formalities.
- Maintaining database – Candidates & Con
