About the Opportunity
A fast-growing healthcare provider in India, Devdort delivers advanced urological care across urban and semi-urban centers, integrating modern surgical techniques with patient-centric workflows. We’re expanding our clinical leadership team to include top-tier Consultant Urologists who bring surgical excellence, clinical innovation, and mentorship to high-volume, outcomes-driven surgical environments. Our focus is on minimally invasive procedures, renal stone management, and cancer care—backed by state-of-the-art ORs, digital EMR systems, and strong referral networks. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead complex urological surgeries including robotic-assisted, laparoscopic, and endourological procedures across all age groups.
- Diagnose and manage conditions such as BPH, urolithiasis, urinary incontinence, and genitourinary cancers using evidence-based protocols.
- Oversee pre- and post-operative care pathways, collaborate with radiology/oncology teams, and manage surgical complications.
- Train junior surgeons and residents through bedside teaching, case discussions,



and proctoring in the operating theater.
- Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives, including surgical outcome tracking and infection control audits.
- Contribute to departmental research, publish protocols, and present at regional clinical forums to elevate institutional standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
- DNB/FRCS/DNB(Urology)/MCh(Urology) from NMC-recognized institutions
- Proven expertise in minimally invasive urology—TURP, PCNL, RALP, adaptable ureteroscopy
- Proficiency in managing upper and lower urinary tract stones including laser lithotripsy
- Experience with robotic surgery platforms (da Vinci or equivalent)
- Strong clinical judgment in managing sepsis, renal failure, and post-op complications
- Familiarity with EMR systems, surgical documentation, and hospital compliance protocols

Preferred
- Published research or active participation in uro
