Occasional travel within India, with opportunities for international travel to the UK, including visits to VHQ for annual conferences and other business requirements.
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday

As Commercial Manager - India, you’ll lead our in-market sales activity across India,



helping us grow passenger and ancillary revenue while protecting margin and cost of sale. You’ll bring the India Country Sales Plan to life through thoughtful account development, strong trade engagement, disciplined pipeline management and targeted commercial activity. Working closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Finance, Global Sales and regional teams, you’ll turn strategy into clear local action that supports our route, cabin mix and growth priorities.
Day to day
- Lead delivery of the India Country Sales Plan, supporting passenger and ancillary revenue targets across the market.
- Build and grow strategic relationships with agency, corporate and trade partners, positioning Virgin Atlantic as a preferred long-haul carrier.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting and account performance through tools such as SFDC, using insight to spot risks, opportunities and next steps.
- Partner with Revenue Management and Marketing to shape pricing, promotions, tactic
