Position Overview:

As a QA Lead at REMITAP, you
will be responsible for leading the QA team to ensure the delivery of
high-quality software products. You will work closely with cross-functional
teams to develop and implement testing strategies, manage testing activities, and
ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance,
and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

â Lead
the QA team in developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies and
plans.

â Oversee
all aspects of quality assurance, including establishing metrics, applying best
practices, and developing new tools and processes.

â Collaborate
with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define quality
requirements and ensure they are met.

â Conduct
regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in coding and
testing.

â Implement
test automation strategies to improve efficiency and coverage.

â Manage
and mentor QA team members, providing guidance and support for their
professional development.

â Conduct




performance and security testing to ensure system reliability and security.

â Stay
updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into the
QA process.

â Prepare
and present regular reports on QA activities, progress, and results.

â Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
quality and performance.

Qualifications:

â Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

â 6+
years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a lead role.

â Strong
experience with manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.

â Proficiency
in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.

â Experience
with test automation tools such as Selenium, APPIUM, or similar.

â Familiarity
with CI/CD tools and processes.

â Robust
understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and
quality assurance best practices.
