Risk Intelligence Analyst – Risk Intelligence Center
The Risk Intelligence Center (RIC) is a forward-looking analytical capability within Enterprise Resilience that converts fragmented technical, operational, and external signals into a single coherent operating picture supporting faster, better-informed decisions.
The Risk Intelligence Analyst is the RIC’s data and automation engine. This role builds and maintains the analytical pipelines, dashboards, and automated workflows that turn raw resilience data into usable intelligence,
and partners with the broader team to ensure analysis is timely, accurate, and well-presented. Strong data fluency and advanced command of the Microsoft 365 stack are central to the role.
Responsibilities
- Build, automate, and maintain the data pipelines that feed RIC analytical products, including triggered exports and refreshes from resilience systems of record.
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that surface criticality, dependency, and impact data for analysts and decision-makers.
- Develop automated workflows in Power Automate and structured intake/tracking solutions in Microsoft Lists to reduce manual effort and improve data timeliness.
- Apply AI and automation tooling within the sanctioned Microsoft 365 / Copilot setting to accelerate analytical production and reporting.
