About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong
experience in GxP-regulated environments within the pharmaceutical or life
sciences industry. The ideal candidate will excel at understanding complex
business processes, capturing detailed requirements, and translating them into
effective technology or process solutions — all while ensuring compliance with
regulatory and industry standards.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional
teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and IT to
drive business value, streamline processes, and support digital transformation
initiatives across GxP areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage
with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and pain
points across Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory functions.
- Gather,
analyze, and document detailed business/functional requirements, user
stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Translate




business needs into clear specifications and acceptance criteria for
technical and development teams.
- Create
and manage “as-is” and “to-be” process maps, identifying gaps and
opportunities for optimization or automation.
- Collaborate
with system owners, solution architects, and development teams to ensure
system design aligns with business objectives.
- Organize
and facilitate workshops, interviews, brainstorming sessions, and
requirement walkthroughs.
- Support
digital and data-driven initiatives such as ERP, QMS, MES, LIMS, Power
Platform, and Data Analytics solutions.
- Partner
with QA and Compliance teams to ensure business processes and system
implementations meet GxP and regulatory expectations.
- Support
UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and business sign-off.

a robust understanding of pharma business processes, master data
management, and compliance touchpoints.
