Accountabilities
- Monitor infrastructure and applications using monitoring tools, alerts,



and operational dashboards to identify potential issues.
- Analyze and manage incidents reported through monitoring systems, ticketing platforms, or customer requests.
- Provide first-level technical support by acknowledging, investigating, and resolving customer issues within defined processes.
- Respond to customer requests through ticketing systems and email while maintaining explicit and professional communication.
- Escalate technical incidents, alarms, and unresolved issues to appropriate support teams for further investigation.
- Generate operational reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding incidents, system status, and resolutions.
- Follow established support procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain system availability and improve operational efficiency.
