We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager.
In this role, you will:
- The Asst. Manager will be responsible for the timely and accurate settlement of Treasury products on behalf of several of our HSBC entities. The role supports end-to-end operations covering trade validation, confirmation, settlements, and investigations in adherence to the relevant currency funding and payment cut-offs.
- An individual contributor and supervisor supporting critical operations that include settlements,
confirmation & post settlement within the department supporting FXMM product lines and initiatives.
- Acquire and update knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes under HBEU Operational Services. Timely confirmation, settlement and investigation of trades
- Provide clients with excellent HSBC experience, being accountable and taking ownership of all customer enquiries until resolution. Monitor trade exceptions to avoid late or non-settlement. Assist onshore counterparts and front office with issues or queries
To be successful you will:
- Degree in finance/management/business administration or related discipline with working experience in foreign exchange / Treasury, Trade and settlements.
- Team player who develops self and others to contribute to the success of the business and the HSBC Group. Good all-round product knowledge and MS Office skills and a willingness to further develop both.
