To achieve sales targets in the assigned territory by implementing marketing and sales strategies and create a favourable image of the organization in the eyes of the customers and industry.

Job Responsibilities:
Support in sales strategy:
>Provide Market Feedback to Managers, Marketing Team (P) §
>Attend induction,
CTP Cycle meetings to understand campaigns and other processes §
>Ensure effective delivery of communication/messages inside the clinic Prepare Campaign customers list as per the strategy.
Sales Management
> Prepare SVL of right Drs, STP, MTP, MTCPP, as per policy and send for approval to ABM.
> Prepare list of chemists as per policy. §
> Identify current Drs and recommend incorporating in SVL.
> Achieve assigned targets and prepare and implement POA to bridge gap if any.
> Meet SVL Doctors as per approved frequency.
> Plan the day’s work on previous day as per the cycle meeting strategies, Utilize inputs to convert non supporters and generate prescription.
> Actively participate in joint calls.
Sales Management - Supply Chain
> Conduct RCPA and record Rx generation.
> Ensure availability of existing and new products.
> Initiate process for discount to be provided to Drs and chemists.
> Ensure timely collection of dues
