About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Front End Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development and optimization of enterprise-grade digital commerce platforms that serve clients across North America and other global regions.
You’ll work alongside senior developers and architects to build scalable backend services and user-facing features using modern technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, NestJS, and Google Cloud Platform.

This role requires a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with distributed teams across various time zones. You’ll participate in team meetings, code reviews, and sprint planning sessions to ensure alignment and timely delivery of features.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the development and maintenance of front-end applications using React and Next.js, ensuring high performance, scalability, and exceptional user experience
· Own front-end architecture decisions and establish coding standards, best practices, and reusable component libraries for the team
· Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow between front-end and backend services
· Partner with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect user interf
