As the Marketing Specialist, you will support the delivery of integrated marketing activity across the organization, working closely with the marketing team in the Basel, Switzerland office. The role has a strong focus on analyzing marketing performance data to understand what is working well and where improvements can be made.



The Marketing Specialist will regularly review campaign, digital, email and social media data, interpret results, and share clear insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

The person that takes on this role should be a motivated, hands-on marketing skilled who enjoys working with data, can manage their own workload, and is keen to develop their skills in a collaborative, mission-driven organization.

As the Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Support the planning, execution and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, paid and social channels.
