Broadridge Investment Management Solutions (BIMS) is a comprehensive investment management platform used by asset management firms for portfolio management, order management, compliance, trade processing, reporting, and investment operations. The platform supports end-to-end investment lifecycle processes and integrates with multiple upstream and downstream financial systems. As BIMS is a business-critical application, the L2 Support Associate is expected to possess solid investment management domain knowledge along with solid technical and production support experience.
