Alternatives Data Operations will own the operational strategy, team performance, and continuous improvement of alternatives data workflows. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to build scalable processes that support accurate and timely data delivery.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for alternatives and market data operations aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
- Lead and scale a high-performing operations team through hiring, onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and career development initiatives.
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs focused on data quality, processing efficiency, scalability, resource utilization, and client satisfaction.
