Your Tasks

As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will ensure accurate, productive, and compliant payroll operations across assigned countries while supporting employee compensation and benefits programs. The role is responsible for end-to-end payroll administration, benefits management,



expatriate taxation and compensation, and compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. Working closely with HR, Finance, vendors, and employees, you will drive operational excellence, enhance the employee experience, and support business success through reliable payroll and rewards services.

Your responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing with local payroll vendors, ensuring accurate and timely employee payments across assigned countries.
- Ensure compliance with payroll, tax, labor, benefits, and statutory regulations, as well as company policies and internal controls.
- Maintain accurate payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee records.
- Administer time, attendance, and leave data to support payroll accuracy.
- Process salary changes, bonuses, incentives, and other compensation-related transactions.
