Accountabilities:

As an Oracle Implementation Consultant, you will support the deployment, migration,



and adoption of a cloud-based property management system by combining your hospitality operations experience with implementation expertise.
- Lead data review and preparation activities, including auditing guest profiles, reservations, routing codes, and financial records before migration.
- Perform data cleansing activities to identify and resolve duplicate, outdated, or inaccurate records within existing systems.
- Support secure data extraction, mapping, and migration from legacy property management environments into the new cloud platform.
- Travel to hotel properties across India to manage live deployment activities and go-live support.
- Act as an in office subject matter expert during system transitions, ensuring smooth adoption by hotel teams.
- Train front desk teams, night auditors, and management staff on new workflows and system capabilities.
