Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer inquiries and sales conversations via live chat in a qualified and timely manner

• Provide accurate, clear, and personalized information to support customer decision-making

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in an International BPO environment, specifically in Chat upselling roles

• Freshers are not eligible

• Undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate degree in any discipline

• Fluent in English with robust written and verbal communication skills

• Solid understanding of customer service principles and customer-centric service delivery

• Basic technical proficiency is an added advantage

• Willingness and ability to work in rotation
