About the Role:

We are seeking a Strategy Associate to join the SRAT (Strategy, Research, Analytics & Transformation) Team, which functions as an extension of the CEO’s office. The role is central to driving strategic thinking, research-backed insights, and execution tracking across the organization. This position is ideal for an MBA (Marketing) graduate with a robust analytical and research orientation who is eager to build a career in corporate strategy and transformation.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

â Research & Analytics

â Conduct research on industry trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.

â Generate analytics-driven insights to support organizational decision-making.

â Develop structured reports and presentations for the CEO, leadership team, and board.

â Strategy Execution Tracking





â Track progress of strategic plans and transformation initiatives across functions.

â Identify execution gaps, escalate issues, and support resolution in collaboration with

functional leaders.

â Maintain dashboards, progress trackers, and status reports for leadership visibility.

â SRAT Meetings & Coordination

â Coordinate SRAT meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actionable items.

â Ensure all action points are tracked, monitored, and executed within agreed timelines.

â Act as a bridge between SRAT and business units to drive accountability.

â CEO Office & Board Support

â Assist the CEO and the Board in managing strategic priorities and management agendas.

â Support planning, reviews, and preparation of material for leadership discussions.

â Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and growth.
