KRAs:
- Lead the Projects with responsibility for delivery of projects in line business objectives with a focus on cost, quality, safety and schedule for project delivery.
- Ensure robust planning and coordination with the entire team to achieve the project plan
- Present and finalise a project plan along with budget for the project;
- Will lead and manage to monitoring the quality of the project developed, to ensure customer satisfaction at the time of handover.
- Will Coordinate with architects and consultants for drawings and technical discussions
- Will be responsible for mobilising resources as per project requirement
- Provide monthly updates with plans and actuals, cash flow requirements
Requirements
Must Have Skills:
- Have been in a project management role in a contractor/construction firm.
- Have experience working with petty and small contractors.
- Have had prior experience working in residential development from piling to handover to customers.
- Have worked on a project for a minimum of 4 years in Aluform technology/MIVAN shuttering plans and actuals, cash flow requirements.
- Experience handling High-rise Residential Projects.
- Experience in Technical Design coordination.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience
in handling high-rise residential Projects.
- Experience in Primavera (P6) or MS Projects (MSP)
- Well-versed in MS Office
