- Perform risk assessments and develop effective audit strategies for clients across multiple industries.
- Review financial statements, accounting records, internal controls, and compliance documentation.
- Identify and communicate financial discrepancies, control weaknesses, and potential risks to management and senior auditors.
- Lead fieldwork activities, including data collection, testing, and verification of transactions and balances.
- Prepare detailed working papers and audit reports with clear, concise conclusions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior team members and partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality audit outcomes.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing professional, timely, and insightful audit services.
- Stay updated on evolving accounting standards, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Chartered Accountancy (CA), or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of progressive experience in audit, preferably within a reputable accounting or audit firm.
- Proficiency in audit standards including Ind AS, IFRS, and relevant statutory requirements.
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and risk-based audit methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Excel, accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle), and audit tools (e.g., CaseWare, ACL).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
