- Diagnose and treat a wide spectrum of ocular diseases including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and corneal disorders.
- Perform routine and complex surgical procedures including phacoemulsification, LASIK, vitreoretinal surgery, and pediatric ophthalmology interventions.
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, prescribe corrective lenses, and manage pre/post-operative patient care protocols.
- Lead community eye health camps and collaborate with local health authorities to expand preventive eye care access.
- Document patient records accurately,
maintain clinical workflows, and ensure compliance with national medical standards and ethical guidelines.
- Mentor junior ophthalmologists and contribute to continuous medical education (CME) initiatives within the practice.
Preferred
- Experience with laser vision correction (LASIK/PRK)
- Proven track record in high-volume surgical settings
- Fluency in regional language besides English
