Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our housing finance products and services to potential customers. Your primary goal is to identify and convert leads into profitable business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales team and provide excellent customer service to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels and networking.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and financial plans to clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with bank policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and workshops to represent the bank and build brand awareness.




- Provide post-sales support and address customer queries or concerns promptly.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall business growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Robust knowledge of housing finance products, mortgage lending, and real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
