Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer with strong expertise in dashboard development, data visualization, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building interactive dashboards, working with SQL databases, and translating business requirements into meaningful analytical insights. The role requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to create KPI-driven reporting solutions for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Create visually appealing data visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop KPI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation using SQL.
- Build and optimize data models for reporting and analytics.
- Ensure dashboard performance optimization and data accuracy.
- Work closely with business,



analytics, and engineering teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, and reporting processes.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requirements.

Required Skills:
- Robust experience in Tableau Dashboard Development.
- Good understanding of Data Visualization principles and Reporting.
- Hands-on experience with SQL queries and database management.
- Knowledge of Data Modelling concepts.
- Experience in building Business Analytics and KPI Dashboards.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and present insights effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Tableau Certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources preferred.
