About the Opportunity
A fast-evolving leader in advanced cardiac care and surgical anesthesia services across India, we deliver precision anesthesia support for complex cardiovascular procedures—bridging clinical excellence with cutting-edge patient monitoring and perioperative safety protocols. Our team of specialized anesthesiologists works in high-acuity cardiac theatres, ensuring seamless intraoperative management for CABG, valve replacements, TAVI, and congenital repairs—backed by real-time hemodynamic analytics and AI-enhanced predictive risk scoring. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead anesthesia delivery for open-heart, minimally invasive, and robotic-assisted cardiac surgeries—ensuring optimal hemodynamic stability and neuromuscular blockade.
- Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations including echo-guided risk stratification and optimize comorbidities (HTN, diabetes, renal dysfunction) for surgical fitness.
- Manage intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), invasive pressure monitoring (arterial, CVP, PA cath), and rapid transfusion protocols during emergent cross-clamping.
- Direct post-op pain control, extubation readiness, and ICU handover for cardiac patients—collaborating with intensivists and perfusionists for seamless care transitions.
- Deploy advanced cardiac pharmacology (vasopressors, inotropes, antiarrhythmics) and titrate based on real-time hemodynamics and lab trends.
- Participate in cardiac arrest codes, rapid response teams, and simulation-based team drills to sharpen crisis management skills.
