We also provide product management for core enterprise platforms, and lead technology risk and information security, enterprise data governance and platforms, digital product and design, and enterprise AI platforms on behalf of the company.

Technology Operations Engineering oversees the monitoring and maintenance of technology systems or network infrastructure, providing advanced technical support and collaborating on technology projects to align with business objectives, all while ensuring comprehensive documentation and efficient incident resolution.

- Monitors the performance and availability of technology systems and applications and implements system upgrades, updates, and backups to ensure the maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- May manage and resolve service requests and incidents identifying, diagnosing, and resolving system issues in an productive manner.
