Accountabilities:

The Finance Transformation Manager will own the digital transformation roadmap for finance operations,



identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase automation, and enhance reporting capabilities. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong collaboration across multiple teams.
- Conduct a comprehensive review of existing finance processes to identify inefficiencies, manual activities, risks, and opportunities for automation.
- Develop and execute a 12-month finance transformation roadmap focused on improving operational efficiency and scalability.
- Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions using modern AI tools to streamline finance activities such as reconciliation, reporting, payroll processes, and other workflows.
- Evaluate and optimize existing financial systems, tools, and workflows to maximize their capabilities and recommend future improvements.
