Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage credit operations for Crop-Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding. The Location Credit Manager will play a crucial role in driving the department's success by implementing robust credit policies, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires robust leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills to navigate the complex landscape of credit management.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the credit operations for Crop-Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- Implement and maintain robust credit policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Analyze and assess credit applications, financial statements, and other relevant data to make informed lending decisions.
- Monitor and manage credit risk exposure, identify potential issues, and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and external partners.




- Collaborate with the Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding team to develop and execute credit strategies aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit management.
- Provide guidance and support to the credit team, ensuring their professional development and performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on credit performance, risk management, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to credit operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree in Finance or a relevant specialization.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in credit management, with a strong background in Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding or a similar industry.
