Your mission:

An apprenticeship opportunity titled : Apprentice - CIO Office (Strategy & Operations) has just opened at Airbus India located in Bangalore. You will join the Digital department of Airbus India.

Ideally, this is a 12-month program and it should start in July 2026 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :
- Office of the CIO Operations:
- Support the Chief of Staff in managing the daily operations and strategic cadence of the CIO's office, including preparing for executive reviews, tracking key priorities,



and managing leadership meeting agendas.
- Assist in coordinating high-priority, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with the CIO's strategic goals.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing documents for the CIO and senior leadership.
- Performance Management:
- Contribute to the performance management framework for the IT/Digital organization.
- Assist in tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) against strategic business objectives.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
- Dashboard Development & Business Intelligence:
- Design, develop, and maintain executive-level dashboards (e.g., using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools) to provide real-time visibility into project status, financial performance, and operational health.
