Accountabilities:

As a Staff Software Engineer, Full-Stack, you will lead technical initiatives while remaining deeply involved in implementation,



architecture, and engineering excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning and evolving the platform architecture by assessing existing systems, identifying improvements, and driving technical decisions across data layers, APIs, frontend applications, and deployment infrastructure.
- Building and maintaining production-quality applications across the full stack using technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Designing scalable multi-tenant systems with strong approaches to tenant isolation, data partitioning, role-based access control, and configurable workflows.
- Embedding security principles throughout the development process, including authentication, authorization, encryption, validation, API protection, and compliance readiness.
