Accountabilities:

As the AP Manager, you will own the development, optimization, and daily management of the Accounts Payable function across multiple entities.



You will combine operational expertise with process improvement and automation skills to create efficient, scalable finance workflows. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking full ownership of the AP lifecycle and transitioning responsibilities into a centralized accounts payable function.
- Managing daily AP operations, including vendor invoice processing, invoice coding, credit card transaction management, and payment execution.
- Designing and implementing procure-to-pay workflows across finance systems, including integrations and automation opportunities.
- Managing and optimizing financial tools such as ERP and spend management platforms to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Creating and maintaining approval workflows, expense policies, system permissions, and internal control frameworks.
