We’re a quick-scaling, multi-entity AI company hiring high-volume across regions, and we’re looking for an aggressive, AI-native recruiting operator who can own hiring end-to-end — from proactive outreach all the way through to offer, contract, and onboarding handoff. This is not a traditional, structured corporate role. There’s no playbook handed to you, things move fast, priorities shift, and the people who thrive here are the ones who hunt for talent and bring order to ambiguity rather than waiting for it.

Requirements
What you’ll own:
• Aggressive full-cycle recruiting, source, screen, schedule, and drive candidates through to offer and contract across multiple roles and regions at once, at speed
• Proactive multi-channel outreach, you don’t wait for inbound. You run massive, proactive reach-out across LinkedIn, cold channels, and beyond,



building pipeline rather than depending only on available sourcing channels
• Always-ready talent pools, maintain warm, engaged pipelines of pre-qualified candidates ready to be matched the moment a need opens, so we’re never starting from zero
• Warm candidate engagement, keep talent warm and relationship-managed throughout, not just transactionally processed
• Offers & contracts, own offer structuring and contract coordination through to signature
• Onboarding handoff, manage contractual agreements and plug new hires in for onboarding with their line managers, then hand off cleanly (people-ops scope here is intentionally limited to contracts + onboarding handoff — this is not a broad HR generalist role)
• AI-native sourcing, you natively use AI and automation tools to source, enrich, and reach out at scale; this is core to how you work, not an add-on
