With a strong commitment to innovation, we are seeking a Process Research Head to drive waste valorization, process improvements, and product innovation for our paper and molded fiber production operations.
Mission of the Role
Lead research initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, achieve enhanced fiber morphology, improve product strength, and push the boundaries of waste valorization for sustainable and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Optimization for Bagasse-Based Paper Production:
• Drive research to improve fiber morphology and enhance the strength, quality, and consistency of paper products.
• Explore innovative chemical treatments and recovery techniques to achieve higher efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations teams to implement process improvements and monitor performance.
2. Product Innovation for Molded Fiber Production:
• Lead initiatives to improve the strength and durability of molded fiber products.
• Develop and test new production methodologies to meet evolving customer requirements.
• Work closely with the R&D; and production teams to commercialize innovative product solutions.
3. Waste Valorization:
• Explore current ways to convert waste streams into valuable by-products, contributing to sustainability and revenue generation.
• Develop and implement technologies to minimize waste and maximize resource recovery.
• Conduct feasibility studies and pilot projects for waste valorization initiatives.
4. Chemical Recovery Enhancements:
• Drive innovations to improve the efficiency of chemical recovery systems in the
