Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist
About the Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to support and service Asset Based Lending (ABL) portfolios covering Agency, Bought Participation, and Bilateral lending structures within Commercial Banking Operations. This role is responsible for independently processing moderately complex loan servicing activities, ensuring accurate execution, regulatory compliance, and robust customer outcomes across multiple deal structures.
The role requires a solid working knowledge of commercial lending platforms (such as: Loan IQ, LUCAS, STUCKEY, etc.) and ABL servicing processes, including agent bank responsibilities and participant servicing. The position collaborates closely with Line of Business (Relationship and Portfolio Management teams), Risk, and Technology partners and supports timely resolution of client issues, operational risks, and process gaps. This is an individual contributor role, with accountability for quality, timeliness,



and adherence to established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Based Lending (ABL) Servicing – Agency, Participation & Bilateral
- Independently process servicing activities for moderately complex Asset Based Lending facilities, including Agent‑led deals, Bought Participations, and Bilateral loans.
- Support servicing of revolving credit facilities, term loans, borrowing base‑driven structures, and collateral‑based facilities.
- Execute assigned loan servicing activities to ensure accurate and timely processing in accordance with credit agreements and servicing standards.
- Review and process:
o Interest, fees, principal activity, and repricing events
o Amendments, waivers, renewals, and restructurings
o Borrowing base updates, collateral‑driven changes, and availability calculations
- Identify servicing exceptions, data inconsistencies, or documentation gaps and escalate in a timely ma
