Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide accurate, timely, and compliant information to resolve customer queries
- Maintain consistent service quality and uphold customer satisfaction metrics
- Adhere strictly to defined processes, compliance guidelines, and quality assurance standards
- Accurately document call interactions and follow up on pending actions as required

- For Process Executive (PE – Entry Level):
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven, high-volume environment
- For Senior Process Executive (SPE – Mid-Level):
- 1–4 years of experience in International BPO (Voice Process)
- Proven track record in handling customer queries in insurance, banking, or related domains
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- For Subject Matter Expert (SME – Senior-Level):
- 5–9 years of experience in International BPO (Voice Process)
- Deep expertise in Property & Casualty insurance operations
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and process improvement capabilities
