Job Description

Position Overview




The HR Business Partner will support the delivery of HR strategies and day‑to‑day people initiatives for assigned business lines within AECOM India. The role will work closely with business leaders, HRBPs, HR Operations, and HR Centers of Excellence to implement people programs aligned with business priorities and AECOM’s global people agenda. The position will contribute to employee engagement initiatives, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness through hands‑on partnership and data‑informed insights.
Key Responsibilities

HR Partnership & Advisory Support
- Partner with managers and leaders to support organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, Employee Engagement, and talent initiatives within assigned business line.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on people matters using HR data, policies, and best practices.
- Support leadership capability, succession planning activities, and development initiatives in collaboration with senior HRBPs.
