Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank’s senior management and
operational teams.
• Anchor governance forums, review meetings, and steering committees
• Lead planning and execution of joint digital initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Align digital roadmap and priorities.
• Manage escalations and resolve conflicts to ensure uninterrupted project flow.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Tech, Operations, Product, Compliance,
Marketing) for execution.
• Track and report KPIs related to bank’s initiatives and recommend
improvements.
Comply with and promote adherence to the organization’s Information Security Policy and related procedures, ensuring all activities align with regulatory requirements
Mandatory Skills :
Strong stakeholder and relationship management at CXO and senior levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle complex projects with multiple dependencies.
• Solid understanding of banking operations, CBS systems, and BFSI distribution
(preferred).
• Experience in digital transformation projects, especially large partnerships.
