Upkeep, calibration, and troubleshooting of PLC/SCADA control networks and automated robotic spray systems. Supervise the upkeep of the paint booth Air Handling Units, ensuring that the temperature, humidity, downdraft air velocity, and filtration differential pressures G4, F7, HEPA filters are all precisely maintained. Diagnose and fix agitation ejectors, heat exchangers, CED ultrafiltration membranes, power rectifiers, temperature control loops, and chemical pretreatment pumps. To avoid thermal inefficiency or explosion concerns,



inspect and maintain high/-temperature curing ovens, gas burner management systems, exhaust blowers, ducting and safety interlocks.
