Job Description

To support our extraordinary teams who build outstanding products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Technical Architect - IT located in Chennai

The Technical Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting modern API-led and event-driven integration solutions that enable business and technology outcomes. A key focus of the role is establishing and demonstrating the value of our Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) capability to the business, ensuring it is effectively adopted as the strategic foundation for integration delivery.



This role plays a critical part in enabling teams across the organisation to scale integration best practices through reusable services, platform capabilities, and strong governance, while driving consistency, efficiency, and innovation.
The role involves close collaboration with multiple departments and requires a strong foundation in APIs, integration patterns, and modern DevOps practices.

What a typical day looks like:
- Applying and clearly articulating RESTful API principles and Application Network concepts to support scalable, reusable integration designs
- Acting as a key member of the Centre for Enablement (C4E), onboarding new teams onto the integration platform and guiding them to adopt best practices and achieve success
- Evolving and supporting our API Gateway platforms, with an understanding of policies, security, traffic management, and lifecycle management
- Working with MuleSoft Anypoin
