Education Qualification:



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: trong experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or Technical Analyst (TA).
Extensive experience in Retail Banking, Transaction Banking, and Origination processes.
Hands-on experience working with American Express (Amex) products.
Expertise in requirement gathering, business analysis, process mapping, and functional documentation.
Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and managing stakeholder communications.
Positive understanding of Cards & Payments, Customer Onboarding, Credit Origination, and Banking Operations.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of SQL, APIs, JIRA, and Confluence is preferred.
