Food & Beverage Executive

Location: Airoli - Mumbai/ Hinjewadi - Pune

About the Role
JLL is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Executive to manage workplace dining and cafeteria operations within a corporate workplace. The role will be responsible for vendor management, food quality, customer experience, hygiene compliance, service delivery,



and stakeholder management to ensure a seamless food & beverage experience for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day cafeteria, pantry, and catering operations.
- Coordinate with food service partners and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits of cafeteria operations and vendor performance.
- Handle employee feedback and drive customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Monitor meal counts, consumption trends, and service levels.
- Manage catering requirements for meetings, events, leadership visits, and town halls.
- Ensure pantry inventory and consumables are maintained at optimal levels.
- Review vendor invoices, billing, and SLA/KPI performance.
- Generate operational reports and identify opportunities for service improvement.
