About the Opportunity
We are a rapidly growing education-focused staffing platform connecting qualified professionals with schools and residential institutions across Rajasthan. Currently seeking a dedicated Lady Warden to oversee student welfare, discipline, and hostel operations in Reengus, Sikar — a role critical to maintaining a secure, structured, and nurturing environment for young learners.

Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hostel routines, ensuring discipline, hygiene, and student safety across all residence areas.
- Conduct regular room inspections, maintain attendance records, and promptly address student concerns or behavioral issues.
- Coordinate with school administration and teaching staff to support student academic and emotional well-being.
- Organize and lead evening study hours, recreational activities, and life-skills workshops for residential students.
- Manage emergency response protocols, including liaising with parents, medical personnel, and local authorities when needed.




- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and government guidelines for child safety and hostel management.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
- Experience in hostel/warden management or residential student supervision
- Strong understanding of child safety protocols and school hostel regulations
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures
- Ability to maintain accurate records and generate routine reports
- Proven track record in mentoring or managing adolescents in a structured environment

Preferred
- Diploma or certification in child psychology or school administration
- Fluency in Hindi and Rajasthani dialects
- Experience working in co-educational or girls’ residential schools
