About the Role

As an Associate Relationship Manager – Corporate Coverage, you will assist in managing client relationships, supporting business development efforts and contributing towards the achievement of revenue and asset growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Manage corporate clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and service.
Analyze financials to identify risks and opportunities.
Prepare client proposals, presentations, and credit documentation
Identify upselling opportunities in coordination with senior relationship managers
Drive revenue growth through strategic campaigns and client engagement.




Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient and compliant solutions
Assist in managing risk parameters and ensure portfolio health
Maintain accurate client records and assist in reporting
Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines
Secondary Responsibilities

Coordinate with Relationship Managers / Sr. Relationship Managers to explore recent business opportunities
Enhance customer satisfaction through process improvements and feedback.
Support team productivity.

What We Are Looking For
Education
Graduate (any discipline); Postgraduate preferred.
Experience
2–5 years in relationship management, preferably in corporate/wholesale banking.
Skills and Attributes
Strong client servicing and financial analysis skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset.
