Key responsibilities
- On-Camera presentation- Act as the face of the company in investment and lifestyle property videos. Present confidently, without a script, to engage and educate our audience.
- Filming on location- Travel around various locations in London to capture on-the-ground content, from iconic landmarks to trendy neighbourhoods, showcasing properties and the lifestyle surrounding them.
- Engaging content creation- Deliver content that resonates with our audience,
ensuring videos are engaging, informative, and visually appealing.
- Representing the brand- Be the face of the company, maintaining a positive and professional image in all public-facing content.
Key requirements
- Engaging personality- Strong, confident presence on camera with the ability to connect with a wide audience.
- Comfortable speaking to camera- Ability to speak fluently and naturally without relying on a script.
- Knowledge of London- Basic understanding of London’s property market
