Job Title: Project Manager - MEP (for Interior Fit-out Projects)

Experience: Around 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in MEPF works associated with interior fit-out projects. You need to be an MEPF subject matter expert and have experience in delivering high end Office interior fit-out projects for IT / ITES / BFSI Clients.

Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager specializing in MEPF systems for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in managing complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection installations within commercial and corporate Office interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all MEPF aspects of interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and budget adherence.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans for MEPF systems.

Collaborate with architects, interior designers, sustainability consultants, and other construction teams to integrate MEPF systems seamlessly into the overall project design.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure MEPF requirements are met and systems are optimized for efficiency and sustainability.

Review MEPF designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
