Key Responsibilities
Academic Responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry/Integrated Science to students of Grades VI-X as per the CBSE curriculum
- Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives and learning outcomes
- Simplify complex scientific concepts through practical demonstrations and real-life applications
- Conduct laboratory sessions while ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Foster scientific inquiry, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students
- Prepare students for school assessments,



practical examinations, and CBSE Board examinations (Grade X)

Laboratory Management
- Plan and supervise Chemistry practicals and experiments
- Ensure safe handling, storage, and maintenance of laboratory chemicals and equipment
- Maintain laboratory records, inventories, and safety documentation
- Promote safe laboratory practices among students at all times

Assessment & Evaluation
- Design worksheets, assignments, projects, and assessments
- Evaluate answer scripts and provide timely, constructive feedback
- Track individual student performance and implement remedial or enrichment strategies where required
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and progress reports

Classroom Management
- Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment
- Integrate digital tools, simulations, and technology to enhance science learning
- Encourage collaborative learning, scientific discussio
