Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand requirements from Project Manager and develop applications using Dot Net technologies.
- Ensure timely completion of development with quality delivery.
- Ensure all deliverables are information security certified.
- Perform root cause analysis for production-related issues and achieve first-time resolution.
- Maintain less than 20% rejection rate from the Quality Assurance team.
- Follow daily SDLC task lists and project execution plans.
- Participate in HR Portal development from inception using a hybrid development approach.
- Work dedicatedly on aligned projects and contribute partially during execution phases.
