Job Title: Manager - Government Business
Division / Department: Revenue

JOB PURPOSE:

To drive revenue growth from large Government, PSU, and BFSI accounts by managing both direct and channel sales, building strong business relationships, and positioning Times OOH as an integral part of client media plans. The role requires a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach along with strong agency and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Revenue Achievement & Target Management
Achieving and exceeding assigned revenue targets from the allocated clients / category
Achieving month-on-month revenue targets
Ensuring regular business from the clients / agencies
Revenue Growth & Target Achievement
Achievement of monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Consistency of repeat business from clients/agencies
Client & Agency Relationship Management
Identification, on-boarding, and servicing of existing and new clients / agencies in the assigned territory
Agency Management: maintaining regular and cordial relations with the agency team, generating recent business,



and ensuring timely payment collection
Promoting Times OOH to clients / agencies so as to make it an integral part of their media plans
Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking
Keeping abreast with Market / Competition updates
Proper competition tracking and responsible for minimum business missed from the allocated clients / category
Campaign Execution & Collections
Ensuring timely execution of the campaign deliverables
Timely collection of payments
Co-ordinating with the Operations / Finance team to assure timely execution of work-orders in order to maximize revenue

Qualifications

8 years of experience handling large Government, PSU, or BFSI accounts, with exposure to direct and channel sales
MBA in marketing or business administration is preferred
