Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment reports and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Solid communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
